Full refunds will be given for products that do not arrive to the customer's designated address. Shipping times may be delayed because of the COVID19 Pandemic so please allow extra time for package arrival. Upon proof that a package has been lost in the mail, a refund will be given to the customer and will be enacted 3-10 business days from the date of the refund request notification that the package is lost in the mail.
A full refund will also be given for damaged products once the product is shipped back to KIRSTEINFINEART and received. The refund will be given at the time the damaged goods are received by KIRSTEINFINEART and customer will receive the refund in 3 to 10 business days from the date of the receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds will not be given for undamaged products that arrive to the customer address in a reasonable and timely manner, with Pandemic delays considered.
